About Woods Enclave

Your community, your home.

Woods Enclave is a residential community in Petbasheerabad (V), Quthbullapur, Hyderabad. It is home to families who value a peaceful, green and well-kept neighbourhood, and who come together to look after it.

The Association

The community is represented by the Woods Owners Welfare Association (WOWA), registered under Regd. No. 481/2018. The association takes care of the common interests of owners and residents — maintenance of shared infrastructure, security, sanitation, greenery, and liaison with local authorities.

Community Life

Festivals, national days, and community gatherings are celebrated together, helping neighbours know and support one another. The association encourages every resident to take part and contribute ideas.

Our Leadership

The association is guided by an elected body led by G. Shiva Rama Krishna (President), K. Kamal Kishore (Vice President), Thota Bikshapathi (General Secretary), V. Uday Kumar (Joint Secretary) and M. Narasimha Reddy (Treasurer), supported by its advisors and executive body members.

• Your profile details and associated resident account data will be deleted from active app systems.
• Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, or association record-keeping purposes may be kept for the required retention period.

Data that may be retained

To meet legal and operational obligations, the Woods Owners Welfare Association may retain limited records such as payment transactions, receipts, and compliance-related entries for the minimum period required under applicable law or internal association record policies.

Processing timeline

Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. If additional verification is needed, the committee may contact you before completing the request.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Woods Enclave website, resident portal, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, "Services") operated by the Woods Owners Welfare Association (Regd. No. 481/2018), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Services

• The Services are intended solely for registered owners, residents, and the committee of Woods Enclave.
• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Access to resident and admin features requires authentication (for example, via OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

Maintenance fees and any other payments made through the Services are processed via a third-party payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to the payment gateway's terms as well. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Community Facilities

Use of shared facilities of Woods Enclave is subject to availability and the rules set by the association. Cancellation and refund rules, where applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Woods Owners Welfare Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to data loss or payment failures caused by third-party services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

This policy explains how the Woods Owners Welfare Association ("we", "us") handles information collected through the Woods Enclave website and mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, phone number, flat / house number, and other details provided during registration or use of the Services.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, actions taken, device type, and browser information for analytics and security purposes.
• Payment Data: Transaction details processed via our payment gateway partner. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to resident services.
• To process maintenance payments.
• To send important community notices and updates.
• To improve and maintain the website and app.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide services (e.g., payment gateway, OTP service provider) or as required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted communication (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and access controls to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you remain an active owner or resident, or as required by applicable laws. You may request deletion of your account data using the Delete Account page.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please use the Delete Account page or contact the committee.

7. Cookies

We may use localStorage and session storage for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026  |  Applicable to all payments made to the Woods Owners Welfare Association through its online services.

1. Maintenance Fee Payments

Maintenance fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable. In case of a duplicate payment or payment processing error, the resident may raise a refund request with the committee within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Facility or Event Payments

• Cancellation 48+ hours before the booking or event: Full refund (minus any payment gateway charges).
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund.
• No-show: No refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact the committee with your flat / house number, transaction ID, amount paid, and reason for the refund request. Requests submitted beyond the eligible period will not be considered.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Gateway Failures

If a payment is deducted from your account but not reflected, please wait 24 hours for automatic reconciliation. If the issue persists, contact us with your bank transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.
